General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the foundation for operating the jtea7 platform and all services under it. This document serves as a binding agreement between jtea7 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user ("Member", "you").

jtea7 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slots, cricket betting, fishing games, diving, and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. The platform processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and provides support in the Bengali language.

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on jtea7, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are a capable adult able to take on legal responsibility.

• You have not previously been banned by jtea7.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of another person.

jtea7 may request proof of age at any time if it deems verification necessary. If an account is opened in violation of the age requirement, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, a valid phone number, and an email address at the time of registration. jtea7 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.3 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds to jtea7 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. You must use only a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jtea7 keeps a record of every transaction. For incorrect deposit amounts or technical errors, please contact the support team. Transactions using third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jtea7 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Claiming this bonus applies a 25x wagering requirement — meaning you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• A bonus applies only once and to a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they are for gaming use only.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• jtea7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The jtea7 VIP program has four levels. Levels change based on active play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Cashback benefits are withdrawable and usable without any additional wagering requirements. Details on VIP level upgrade criteria are available from the support team.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jtea7 is committed to fair play. All games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. There is no opportunity for manipulation or interference with results.

6.2 Game Operation Terms

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Game rules are provided in detail within each game; it is the member's own responsibility to read them before starting to play.
• jtea7 will not be liable for any loss to an active bet caused by an internet disconnection.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and international leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. If a sports event result is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules, which can be found in the Sports section.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Money laundering or attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the game system.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Creating an account with a false identity or fake information.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If suspicious activity is detected, jtea7 reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close an account without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 jtea7's Rights

jtea7 may suspend or close any account for rule violations, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, an attempt will be made to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses and funds connected to the violation).

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any existing balance before closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. jtea7 is not liable for any member's gaming losses. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. If active bets are cancelled in such situations, they will be settled according to the rules.

jtea7's total liability will not in any circumstance extend beyond the amount of the transaction in question. jtea7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes and Amendments

jtea7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members through the platform.
